About Vicky

Vicky is an experienced practitioner in Change Management at a project and  portfolio level, project management, leadership and organisational development.
In her 30-year career, she has successfully worked with leading organisations in professional services, mining, banking and finance, utilities, telecommunications, pharmaceutical, government, retail, defence, tertiary
education, science and insurance.

Her expertise includes leading change programs and projects and working with
client organisations and individuals to develop change capability to achieve business outcomes. Other areas of specialty include strategic planning, executive coaching, facilitation and consulting.

Vicky has built a reputation as a dynamic and engaging facilitator, working with
people at all levels of organisations to improve performance and achieve their goals. She has a practical approach gained from her hands-on roles as a line manager of domestic and global teams, Change Manager and project manager.
For the last 20 years, she has specialised in developing change leaders at all levels, with a focus on Senior Executives. Vicky also has expertise in the emerging new field of Enterprise Change Management, using Prosci’s leading edge tools and methodologies with clients to raise their levels of Change Management maturity and manage their portfolio of change.
Vicky holds Bachelor of Education (Science), Graduate Diploma in Adult Education, Certificate of Business Excellence from Columbia University (US), Graduate Certificate in Change Management with AGSM and Certificate of NeuroLeadership (NLI).
