Cancellation Policy

This cancellation policy is based on our investment in staff, course planning, rostering of faculty, catering costs, and venue hire. Cancelling your place on a course close to the commencement date impacts everybody including potential candidates who are currently on our waitlists. The following conditions apply: 1.1 Cancelling or Rescheduling a Booking 1.1.1 Cancellation of a booking on a course within less than (7) days of the commencement date will incur the full fee and the fee is non-refundable. 1.1.2 Cancellation of a booking on a course with more than (7) days of the commencement date may be done and the customer may obtain full credit for a future course or service with PM1World. This credit must be used within 6 months of receipt and is non refundable. 1.2 Transfers of a booking You may transfer a booking to another person at any time at no cost. 1.3 Disclaimer All cancellation fees will be administered at the sole discretion of PM1World management. PM1World reserves reserve the right to cancel any scheduled course or event. In the event of a cancellation, candidates will be notified, and a refund or credit provided. Refunds may take up to fourteen (28) working days to be processed. PM1World courses are subject to sufficient enrolment numbers.
