This bridging course covers only the additional knowledge that will be tested in the PMP Exam in alignment with the latest PMP Examination Content Outline 2021.
This course assumes that you already are comfortable and knowledgeable with the process knowledge that was tested in the past exam. If you had an unsuccessful attempt in 2020, we strongly recommend taking the full course, not just the bridging course. This is because some of the process knowledge that will continue to be tested may have a gap as well.
Additional knowledge about compliance, the business case and benefits management
Selecting the appropriate approach and governance for the project needs
Agile ways of working: The Scrum Framework
Managing project artifacts
Working with teams in Agile and Predictive approaches
Addressing conflict and team building
Servant leadership and emotional intelligence
This program does not include access to the PM1Sim Exam Simulator.
Access to the simulator can be purchased for $59 after the bridge session. This will give you over 1000 practice questions for all topics in the new PMP exam, not just the new topics.
Individuals who attempted the exam in the October - December 2020 timeframe and did not pass. Please keep in mind that we are only covering the new knowledge.
The new exam still includes about 40% of the past knowledge so if you had an unsuccessful attempt, you will still need to review or re-study those topics.
