Who should attend?

This course is designed for the individuals who have on-the-job project management experience regardless of whether their formal job role is project manager, who are not certified project management professionals, and who might or might not have had formal project management training. The course enables candidates to develop professionally, increase their project management skills, apply a formalized and standards-based approach to project management, and seek career advancement by moving into a formal project manager job role, as well as to apply for Project Management Institute, Inc (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.


There are no prerequisites to attend the course.

However, in order to be approved to take the PMP exam,  you must meet the eligibility criteria and obtain approval from PMI. Included in our exam preparation course is assistance filling out your application.


  • A four-year degree
  • 36 months leading projects
  • 35 hours of project management education/training or CAPM® Certification

  • A high school diploma or an associate’s degree (or global equivalent)
  • 60 months leading projects
  • 35 hours of project management education/training or CAPM® Certification 

Will I Earn 35 Education Hours?

Yes, This course is the official PMI course and is pre-approved for 35 contact hours.  The instructor direct portion is 4 days, however there will be online tests to complete in between the weeks.
