Business continuity management (BCM) is about having a plan to deal with difficult disruptive situations, understanding your gaps, and testing your plan, so your organization can continue to function with as little disruption as possible.  In this workshop, you will learn important principles of BCM, the terminology of BCM, a high level understanding of the steps required and how to go about a Business Impact Assessment.
