PRINCE2® is a well-respected project management methodology of both the business and government sectors around the globe. It provides a proven best practice model that ensures project delivery is on time, on budget and of high quality.

This course will cover what you need in order to understand the method and pass the Prince2 Foundation Exam.

The exam itself is not included in the course nor in the course fee. This gives you flexibility, so you can purchase the exam directly from the examiner when you are ready. The fee for the exam is $695 AUD and you can take the exam from home.

Exclusions

Official Prince2 Manual is not included in the fee. It is not necessary for the Foundation course, and you will get a course manual with everything you need to pass.

On Completion

You will be able to use the key terminology of the PRINCE2® method to act as an informed member of a project team within a PRINCE2® environment
You will understand the roles, management products, themes and principles as well as purpose, objectives and context of PRINCE2® processes
You will be able to pass the Prince2 Foundation Exam and become a Prince2 Certified Project Manager upon passing.

Will I Earn 35 Education Hours?

Yes! You will earn 21 PDUs. For CPD points, please check with your association (i.e. Engineering, AIPM, Accounting) for how many points you can claim.
